To construct the sentence, you should pay attention to the form below:
Affirmative : Subject + will + Bare Infinitive + Object/Complement
Negative : Subject + will not/won’t + Bare Infinitive + Object/Complement

Can

Unlike the use of willcan has several functions. It depends on the context as follow:
Use can when you want to talk about someone’s abilities. For examples:

Have to

Have to is used to express necessity or show that something is necessary to do. For examples:
